About Steven

Born and raised in North Jersey, Steven has spent most of his career in the metal fabrication industry. He has worked on many major projects in New York City from the Museum of Modern Art, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Hudson Yards, to some local Philly based projects like the Piazza Alta. Steven's work ethic and eye for detail helped catapult him through his career so that he can now focus on his great passion, Real Estate.

After living in New York City, Steven realized at age 23 what he really wanted was to own his own home, helping him build equity and create an investment for himself that he knew would always appreciate. After meeting his now wife, Steven moved to Philadelphia and purchased his first property in the trendy Fishtown neighborhood. Within a couple of years after purchasing a home for him and his wife, Steven became very passionate about helping others find their new homes, new business spaces, and helping people find what they need to reach the next steps in their lives.

Anyone who knows or has worked with Steven would say he is the type of guy who will get the job done, and won't quit until you are happy.

Steven loves trying new restaurants, photography, going on home and garden tours with his wife, and playing hide and seek with his poodle Sunny and his favorite ball - yes he really can find the ball no matter where you hide it!

As of 2024, Steven and his wife have relocated to Buckingham in Central Bucks County, and he is greatly looking forward to serving his fellow neighbors in the Bucks County area.
